I work with digital photography, painting, and collage. As both an artist and a landscape architect, I am broadly interested in how humans interact with the earth.

My work is informed by years of commuting on the New Jersey Turnpike while designing parks in the New Jersey Meadowlands. Snapping photographs at 70 mph,

I marveled at the intertwining of the natural and the 'man-made' and contemplated the essence of Landscape. I’ve made many digital images using Photoshop to manipulate/enrich/interpret the crude images from the camera.

I also took up painting in recent years in order to have a more literal ‘hand’ in the work, and continuing on the theme of layered landscapes and incorporating nude figures.
